Discreet Packaging

Kinky Cupid is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “Kinky Cupid” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

How long will it take my order to process for shipment?

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Backordered Items & Shipping Policies

If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately at a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or backordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose an express delivery option and none of the items in your order were shipped via that method, then we will refund you the difference.

Kinky Cupid requires the signature of your order that includes item(s) priced $100 or more, or when orders exceed $250.
